Our Cleanse

The Organic Corner Juice Cleanse is great way to hit the RESET button on your body. In just a few days time you can feel leaner, clearer, happier, and completely change your relationship with food.

What to expect

Cleansing is a unique experience for everyone. Day one is usually the hardest as it may come as a shock to your body to suddenly be flooded with super hydration and nutrients. Still craving its old food and ways, your body will be forced to deal with accumulated sludge and toxins in the intestines and a healing crisis may occur. Similar to having a hangover, you may experience headaches, nausea, irritability, stomach cramps, and most prominent of all— feelings of hunger. Fear not! By morning, day one will be a distant memory and you will wake up refreshed and craving your nutritious juices! By the end of day two, you will no longer be hungry. Expect to sleep deeply. By morning three you will wonder how you ever ate the things you did before your cleanse. Your pants will be looser, your mind clearer, and your energy soaring. How deeply you’d like to cleanse from here will be up to you and your newfound commitment to your health.

Transitioning

Gorging is never a good idea before or after cleansing. Easing in and out of a cleanse by eating  sound nutritional foods comprised of vegetables, fruits, high quality protein and whole grains, is the best way to experience the benefits of cleansing while minimizing discomfort.

Each day’s cooler includes five delicious, organic, fresh-pressed vegetable juices that we recommend drinking in sequential order. Pressed into glass bottles, our juices are designed to nourish your body with essential nutrients, phytonutrients, vitamins, minerals and enzymes. Please keep refrigerated.

2 Essential Greens: Made with cucumber, celery, parsley, spinach or kale, and green apple. An alkalizing source of vitamins, antioxidants, amino acids, potassium, folic acid, calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus & sodium.

1 Essential Red: Made with beets, carrot, red apple, lemon A powerful antioxidant-rich, anti-inflammatory beverage, with fungicidal and detoxifying properties.

1 Essential Orange: Made with carrots. Full of free-radical-fighting betacarotene & fiber.

1 Spicy Lemonade: Made with lemons, agave, cayenne pepper. A refreshing, cleansing beverage rich in potassium, vitamins C, and bioflavonoids, with the metabolic boost and antibacterial properties of cayenne and antibacterial properties.

1 Nut Mylk: Each cooler includes a homemade (unbelievably delicious) almond or cashew milk designed to nourish your body with a protein boost. Made with raw, organic almonds (cashews), organic dates, organic vanilla bean and alkaline water. We recommend drinking in the evening as a “dessert.”

1 WHEATGRASS or E3 LIVE SHOT: Each cooler also includes one shot of organic WHEATGRASS or one shot of the super-blue-green algae from Lake Klamath, E3 LIVE. Both are powerful, alkalizing sources of super-green nutrition. We recommend this shot at any point in the day where you may need an energy boost.
